Membership Details

  • Your membership includes one eligible treatment or ritual during each monthly billing cycle. Your selection may change from month to month according to your skin, body and goals. Advance booking is recommended, and all appointments remain subject to availability.

  • Membership begins with an initial commitment of three consecutive months. After the initial term, membership continues monthly until canceled. Your card on file is charged automatically on the same date each month.

  • One unused monthly treatment may remain available into the following billing cycle while your membership is active. Membership treatments may not be accumulated beyond this allowance but can be transferred to another person.

  • HELD’s standard rescheduling and cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the monthly treatment being forfeited. Please schedule in advance to make the best use of your membership.

  • Members receive priority booking, personalized treatment and home care planning, 10% savings on one or two full size products and 15% savings on three or more full size products.

    One complimentary sauna session may accompany the monthly membership treatment when appropriate for the guest and selected service. Sauna sessions require advance scheduling, do not accumulate and have no cash value.

  • Memberships may be canceled after the initial three month commitment by providing notice before the next billing date. A temporary pause may be considered for medical circumstances or extended travel. Benefits remain active only while the membership is current.
